THE CHALLENGE

  • To develop a new protection proposition for an existing company

THE TASK

  • Project broken into three streams
    • develop context, including successful axes of competitive and branding
    • review current propositions in development
    • produce new propositions
  • This work was done as part of a multi-disciplined team

THE RESULT

  • The context work identified the importance of distribution and brand, with product innovation as the “hook” on which these could be positioned
  • The most attractive proposition was a development of a current proposal that the company was already looking at. This was significantly enhanced, technical issues overcome and initial pricing produced.
  • The company has now implemented the proposition.
